Products ship within 10 days after order is placed. Shipping within Germany is 2-3 days, the rest of Europe 4-5 days.

Global Shipping is generally 5 - 14 days.

 

Please note that any import charges such as duties, taxes or clearance fees (ex EU) are the sole responsibility of the importer. Sign of Green cannot estimate or collect any such costs and they are not included in the invoice. Generally, DHL will settle customs and invoice any taxes or fees to you. Customs clearance time can vary!

All sales are final. Plaques and stickers are custom made for each projects and include year and level of certification.
In the unlikely event that there is damage to your shipment, please email us right away with photos of the damage. All orders are fully insured and damage reports must be filed promptly.
